CPE credits. The topic will be "Assessment Mechanisms: SAS 70
Approach". In this session you will be shown leading practices
for assessing the effectiveness of IT and financial controls of
your business partners and service vendors. The event will be
held at the Association of the Bar of the City of NY on Friday,
June 15th from 12 noon to 5 p.m.

Ramirez, MBA, CISA, CRP
Felix
is a seasoned professional with significant and diverse experience
in information technology (IT) risk management; systems auditing,
security and controls; IT governance; and regulatory compliance.
Throughout his career, Felix has managed numerous SAS 70 engagements
for financial services and technology vendors. As part of his
auditing experience, he has also be required to use SAS 70 reports
as part of financial statement audits for public and private companies.
