Speaker – Marty Plevel, serves as the Northeast
Region Business Continuity Management Services leader
for KPMG LLP’s Advisory Services practice.
He serves on the Continuity Insights
Editorial Advisory Board and is a member of the Executive
Board of the New York Metro Chapter of the Association
of Contingency Planners. Marty also serves as the Project
Manager for the Continuity Insights/KPMG Business Continuity
Management Benchmarking Study.
Prior to joining KPMG, Marty
previously held positions at Avaya, Lucent Technologies
and AT&T. Throughout his career, Plevel has led or
actively participated on cross-functional teams in a number
of disciplines, including business continuity management,
incident management, strategic planning, supply chain
management, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation
initiatives.

to get there: Heritage Conference Center
is located on the first floor of the KPMG location at 345 Park
Avenue, between East 51 and East 52 Streets. It has entrances
from Park Avenue or Lexington Ave. Visitors should come to KPMG
Reception desk on the first floor or Park Avenue level. Proper
picture ID is required.
