IT
Governance means different things to different people, but more
importantly than how it's defined is what it means to your organization.
This presentation will discuss the current IT Governance frameworks
gaining steam in the marketplace, how companies are tackling related
initiatives, resources available for education and implementation
and much more. This interactive session will get you thinking
about new ways to address old problems, ways to better align your
IT organization with business strategy, manage and measure risk
more effectively and leave you with a fresh perspective on IT
Governance...however it's defined.
