Policy Items

Multi-Registration Discounts

A discount of 10% will be offered for multi-registrations of three or more individuals, with the same membership status, from ONE Company attending the same monthly workshop or seminar. Individual registration forms for each registrant MUST be submitted together with total payment to be eligible for the discount and must be RECEIVED two weeks prior to the workshop or seminar.

The workshop and seminar coordinators will make every effort to accommodate all attendees. Please help us (and yourself) by registering early.

Corporate Sponsorship Discounts

Please keep in mind that the above savings, particularly the multi-day seminars, are made possible by corporate sponsorship. A corporate sponsor provides the facilities for specific seminars. In return, the corporate sponsor can send any two individuals, free of charge, to the course being sponsored.

Payment Policy

Payment for all events is required in advance with confirmation of receipt of payment or payment by check due at the door PRIOR to entry. No one should be permitted attendance of an event without full payment.

Subscription Policy

A discount of 20% is available by purchasing an annual workshop/seminar subscription. Subscriptions can be used for all workshops and seminars. An added advantage is that coupons can be shared with other members of your company!

Upon receipt of payment, subscription booklets will be provided with tickets for the workshops and seminars. Entrance to workshops and seminars will be made only with presentation of the tickets provided. Company subscriptions are permitted to send several personnel to one workshop or seminar, but each person must use a ticket from the subscription booklet. If no ticket is presented, the participant will be required to pay the normal cost for the workshop/seminar prior to entry.

The subscription plan tickets can be used for workshop and seminars. Subscriptions can be used by multiple people in the same company of the same membership status only. Non-members may not be mixed with members on the subscription plan.

Note: A distinction must be made between workshop and seminars since they are priced differently. Tickets for workshops should be designated as such and seminar tickets should also be marked accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

If a particular cancellation (via phone call to the coordinator) is received up to one week before the scheduled workshop or seminar, the cancellation fee is $25.00. Failure to cancel prior to this deadline will result in full charges.
